Preparing Manpower budgets (Supply and Demand) by coordinating with specialized authorities.
Proposing necessary policies for infrastructure development (roads, ports, airports and other services), as any failure in these facilities might affect the growth of the economic and social activities and sectors.
Participating in preparing studies and proposing policies regarding the Omanization movements in both Public and Private Sectors, by coordinating with specialized authorities.
Preparing proposals regarding the regional development proprammes and plans in light of the economic and social variables.
Assessing and analyzing the regional plans performance, proposing policies and suitable procedures to achieve the integrated planning and balanced growth in the Sultanate
Proposing suitable means to urge the private sector in executing approved regional plans, and following up the policies and procedures related to this matter by coordinating with the concerned authorities.
