Study the viability and impact of the Sultanates joining any economic organization in cooperation with concerned authorities.

follow up and participation in meetings held by economic organizations and councils and the other economic committees in which the Sultanate is a member.

Supervision of studying the subjects embodied in the agenda of the economic organizations and prepare the appropriate suggestions about them in coordination with concerned authorities.

Supervision of the coordination process with ministries and other government units with regard to proposals related to making use of the exports and consultants working with there organizations and to provide data and information connected with these organizations to the ministries and government units and to other economic and commercial conferences.

Prepare periodic and other reports about these organizations together with any comments and suggestions, if any, and submit them to the officials responsible.

Study the subjects related to the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council and present appropriate proposals in this regard after coordination with concerned authorities.

Prepare feasibility studies with regard to bilateral agreements with other countries.

Any other jobs assigned to the General Directorate.
