Human Resources Development Strategy » The Vision for Human Resources Development

Human resource development is one of the basic dimensions of the Vision for Oman's Economy (which is based on sustainability of development achievement of economic balance and diversified sources of growth) and at the same time it represents one of the basic pre-requisites for achievement of the Vision. In view of the current situation and the challenges at local and international levels, the broad focus of the vision for Human resource development is as follow:

'' to develop human resources and the capabilities of the Omani people to generate and manage technological changes efficiently, in addition to facing the continuously changing local and international conditions in a way that ensures maintaining the Omani traditions and customs.''
